I am re-bonding with my sewing machine and I am having a good time :-)
In the corners of this block you can see the fabric I mentioned in an earlier post, in January. I will use it as the outer border of the finished quilt and I bought 3 meters on the internet. It was a now or never buy and I am very happy about it!
All I had from before was a fat quarter. Civil War repros are hard to come by here.
Great points... Glad to see you're getting your strength back... Love the flowers and hearts in the previous post.
ReplyDeleteWhat precise work- and great fabrics, too.
ReplyDeleteLovely block and wonderful fabrics.
ReplyDeleteRe-bonding is good and you are doing great! Enjoy and take it easy.
ReplyDeleteYour blocks come together perfectly. You really are at "one" with your machine.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful print - and a wonderful looking block! Perfect for Valentine month. Makes me want to get out all the red and white fabrics I've been collecting for my red and white quilt.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are feeling better Hanne. You are right, flowers are more enjoyable at home - and what a pretty quilt you put them on. Happy Mother's Day.

ReplyDeleteDet stoffet kjøpte jeg nettopp på lappemakeriet om jeg ikk ehusker feil - men i blått.

ReplyDeleteSounds like you're doing good. I'm so glad. The red/white blocks are so pretty. But then red is my favorite color so I would like them. :-)
