I just had to try a couple of purple strips after putting the rest of the green fabrics away :-)
For any long time reader of my blog, you might remember that I tried to finish all my purple scraps a couple of years back, but I still have some, if not many.
I am sure I can make 24 blocks anyway :-)
Hanne
I see you have a helper picking out fabric for you! Those are so pretty. I need to start some strip quilting - I have lots of them and and old sheet I could use.
ReplyDeleteIf you don`t have enough purple fabric I`ve got a lot. What about a little swap, you get purple fabrics from me and I get your beautiful cat, hihi...
ReplyDeleteMy daughter, Alex would love these...purple is her favourite colour! Happy Stitching, Cathy
ReplyDeleteLovely fabric, Hanne! I see your quilt inspector approves!!
ReplyDeleteCheers! Mary Ann
I love the purple strips.

Thank-you for bringing back your grandcat into your blog! She's just the prettiest.
ReplyDeleteThose purple strips are going to make a great quilt. The colors are so rich!
ReplyDeleteI love the purple! Now they look exactly like my strata quilt that I posted a few weeks ago! Love yours!
ReplyDeleteHanne you have a nice helper there. My cat always want to lay right in the middle of my cutting mat where he is right in the middle of things. I like your strip blocks.
ReplyDeleteHanne all your blocks look great, the purple ones I think will be stunning when you put them together.
ReplyDeleteThese look very pretty! The colors fit together perfectly! Hope you can get 24 blocks out of the scraps!
klem
It seems that purple is the winner.
