It was with great anticipation I entered the classroom on Saturday morning, to attend a 6 hour class with the famous Japanese designer and quilter Yoko Saito.
She is not a quilter, but maybe she will try her hand with a stitch or two too now :-)
We were all presented with a gorgeous kit of fabrics and a gift from Yoko Saito and FRJ, the 4-in-1 Essential Sewing Tool.
A wonderful tool indeed! Thank you ever so much :-)
We all enjoyed being instructed in groups around her table and she also showed us her methods of appliqué and quilting.
Yoko Saito has the smallest stitches!
Even when she worked with red thread on light fabric so we could see the process we could barely see the red thread.
