A finish!

P1050337

Recently I have been working on several things not yet bloggable, but today I have made something I can blog about.
The heart is from May Britt, and the pouch is also May Britt's pattern, slightly adjusted to fit my needs.

I  have made several of these over the years, for gifts, but this is the first I will keep myself :-)

  4. Very pretty bags, Hanne. Good for you that you finally keep something for yourself. I think that is common with us quilters, though. We make stuff and then give it all away.

  17. Hanne,I love the bag idea with the heart so much that when I saw the bag you'd made here I couldn't resist stitching up another one of your simplify and enjoy hearts and attatching it to a draw-string bag like you did with May Britt's heart.I've just posted a pic of the finished bag if you want to take a look :) Barb.
