3rd Advent Sunday + Advent Wednesday

In my 3rd Advent Sunday gift was a lovely tape measure and a chocolate.

In my 3 1/2 packet, today, was 3 more snowmen applique blocks.

When I visited May Britt recently, I saw this book, and I had to order it from Quiltmania.
I love the Japanese style :-)

I so regret I did not buy the Companion Angle ruler when visiting USA in the spring (I had it in my hand a couple of times), and I have been looking all over for one here in Norway, with no luck.
A week ago I caved in and ordered this one online, and to fill the order I bought a 6,5” square it up ruler. 6.5” is a size I do a lot, like on the Nearly Insane quilt.

In between baking, cleaning, and other activities, I am working on a few gifts and are doing an occasional thread on my Life Is Beautiful quilt.
