The Saturday class was this cute table runner, Remember When, with clamshells, apple cores and applique.
After an early breakfast we kept on prepping for our class.
We learned some really good tricks, so no more need to hold anything up for seeing through the fabric like this.
Apple cores and morning coffee – a good combination :-)
Paying attention again :-) So many tricks to learn – thanks Sue!
We were many students in the class, and the table we had was a nice group.
More eye candy and close ups of beautiful quilts and breath taking machine quilting:
We learned a lot from Sue – I am looking forward to do more apple cores and clamshells :-
Ingrid R. has made this wonderful quilt – a combination of different elements from many of Sue’s patterns. She is a very skilled quilter. All is hand quilted. Thanks for sharing, Ingrid!
In the afternoon, after class, it was time to drive home again – body tired, but the head so full of Vitamin Q, good moments and new ideas :-)
Quiltefryd carries Sue’s patterns if you want one (or more) of them.
