My plan was to have a finished top from all my United Stitches stitcheries to bring to the big show and tell at the Jane Stickle quilt retreat in Shipshewana in April.
The best laid plans and all that you know, my top travelled, short of 3 rows - not that I think anyone minded.
Originally my plan was to bring another quilt too - but it filled up my suitcase to much. I needed room for the shopping :-)
Now it is time to do the 3 last rows and get the top ready for quilting.
Between the piecing, life and an early summer vacation away from home starting in 3,5 weeks, I'll do my best and and call it good enough.
I loved doing these stitcheries between November 2015 and November 2016 - I am looking forward to finish the quilt.
