To much of a good thing?

I have not been holding back on starting new projects this week, and suddenly I feel overwhelmed.....

This little Norwegian stitchery I intend for a Christmas gift. Maybe it will not be - time will tell.

Another knittting???
I do actually have a personal limit of max 2 knittings at a time.
I have no excuse for starting a third knitting.....

I just so wanted to make myself something with this ice blue cotton yarn, for a travel we are going on in January - less than 7 weeks away. Hopefully I can finish this one + one of the others before that?

Last night we had this season's first serving of Lutefisk.
It was very very good ๐Ÿ’—

Blogger is still a mess when it comes to the comments. I will continue to answer in the comment section. No mails are coming through.

๐Ÿ’—Wishing you a wonderful day where you are ๐Ÿ’—

  1. That blue yarn is so pretty! If you don't finished the snowman embroidery by Christmas, you can give it as a gift next year. Happy stitching!

  2. Lovely knitting yarn and what a cute stitchery. Not so sure about lutefisk, I had to google it and I have to say what I found does not appeal. LOL So long as you enjoy it, that is all that matters.

    1. Thank you Lou :-) If you like salted cod, you might like Lutefisk too :-) It is a love or hate dish really. All the side servings are nice for all though. When the girls were younger we used to serve them baked salmon when we had Lutefisk :-)

  4. Well I had to look up Lutefisk! Interesting. It looks like you are serving yours with bacon. Well I would have to try it, I always like to try new foods. xx

    1. If you like salted cod, you might like Lutefisk too :-) We serve Lutefisk with good potatoes, kohlrabi, good mustard, bacon and bacon fat. There are many different options.

    1. Thank you :-) The fish is one of our seasonal favorites in my house. Come mid January, it can't be bought fresh in the shops anymore.

  6. Lutefisk is a traditional Christmas dish here too, but I prefer anything else! Good luck with finishing the stitchery for this Christmas.
