New year, new possibilities

I enjoy very much to work on these Trentham Quilt blocks. I started them late in 2025.
I have decided to make this quilt to donate. There is no demand for anything girlie in my family, and I do not want to keep everything girlie I make for myself.
So far I have made 17 blocks - I need 31 more.
I have not deadline other than some time during 2026.
The design is from Jen Kingwell's last book Gathered.

I have been pulling out strips from my boxes. I need some weeding out in my fabric collection.
I want to make more room for me in my sewing room.

I hope 2026 will be a good year for all of us 💗

  9. These blocks are beautiful! You (and others!) are sorely tempting me to buy the Gatherings book. I am only able to hold off because I have so many other projects underway and in the works. I hope you will share some Stonefields blocks soon! I am still unpacking sewing things in the studio of our new home and there are a couple of tools and notions for appliqué that I still need to find before I can make my next block.
