The more blocks I make, the better this quilt looks,
and that is great, if you ask me :-)
I thought I had one more green block with the strange flower fabric, as in row 3, right block,
but maybe I am wrong.......
I must add more of my own fabrics now. So far I have only added the darker purple, an old Debbie Mumm print, but I am out of several of the other fabrics soon.
I will do a 4 by 6 blocks setting and quilt this quilt in 3 sections by machine.
The more I do quilt in sections, the more I like it, even if it includes more hand sewing on the back side.
This quilt is coming out very nicely. I love the color combination and the depth the shows in the blocks.
ReplyDeleteThis will be a gorgeous quilt! I like especially the 3D effect the blocks make. I'm looking forward to seeing the result.

What a pretty quilt that is going to be. I love your colour combinations and cheery after a long and dreary winter.

ReplyDeleteI really like that plum color with the green, very nice!
ReplyDeleteWhat size are the blocks?
These are progressing well. I'm looking forward to seeing the completed quilt.
ReplyDeleteThose purples are luscious - I'm sure it is going to be fabulous. Keep up the good work :)
