Judy's challenge day 3

I have cut the sashing strip for all the blocks except 2. I need to find another sashing fabric to use for the last 2.
Then I joined together the HST in pairs for the first 10 blocks, made the strip with the center square for 10 blocks and joined 2 blocks, as you see.

More tomorrow :-)

  1. Looking good Hanne. You sure like to work with blue and white, don't you?

  2. Hanne, you are making good progress, it appears. Nice sized pile of blocks for both projects.

I am totally off schedule and in fact, am not really sure what day it even is--all that traveling and they all seem like one gigantic Saturday. Maybe next week, I can get back into a routine again.

  6. Good progress Hanne. I think the tourquoise against the blue is going to give a nice pop to your quilt.

  7. wonderful progress, Hanne. You will be done soon. I sewed today too, and in your 'do it now' fashion, straightened the sewing room before I left. You are a good influence on us!

  13. Isn't this great fun........... And they are all going to be so different...... How much nicer it is to work when all is tidy. And it is much easier to start afresh each day if I cleared up before I turned out the light. Thanks for the encouragement along the way. I even got some new things on my blog............VBG
