I am just sliding under the line this year, with 5 finishes before the 5th month - Ufos that is.
This challenge is on 2 of the list I am on, so I could not let it pass this year either :-)
The design is from Bronwyn Hayes, pre-printed.
I like to make cushions for the couch. Whenever they don't look good anymore I either change the front and keep the back side, that seldom have
worn out, or I fling the whole thing and make a new one.
DH really like this one - he commented on how good it looks :-)
Way to go, Hanne! Just in time. This is another great pillow or cushion. Browyn Hayes has the best patterns.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on getting 5 UFOs done! The cushion is pretty.
ReplyDeleteHello Hanne, Thanks for showing this UFO. It is one great cushion. Thanks also for letting us know who designed it.
ReplyDeleteThat cushion is just lovely, perfect for snuggling up to on the sofa. And what a great idea to re-use the backs of your cushions when the front gets a bit jaded!
ReplyDeleteOh Hanne, your cushion is just lovely...
ReplyDeleteHanne, Bronwyn Hayes is one of my favourite Aussie designers. I love this design!
ReplyDeleteYour cushion is beautiful!

Flittige deg - nydelig pute du har sydd!
ReplyDeleteYour cushion is lovely - I adore redwork. I'm working on a Bronwyn Hayes Christmas stitchery at the moment.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard about Bronwyn Hayes before, but that is a nice design... Great idea about recycling the back of the cushions!
ReplyDeleteHi there. The quilt back with me, is it the sixth UFO I have to finishing.... LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks for to lovely days. The party is over and I had a great time. Tomorrow I have to try some Ohio Stars so see how it looks like. The top must be finished soon.....
