I have cut the kit into 1” stripes,
and have started the blocks - these are only half done, lacking 2 rounds to the block.
2 more units for the Butterfly Garden quilt are done,
and I have started a rose stitchery for my Angel Swap friend :-)
Some cooking also requires my attention.
This is a batch with a twist on the traditional Norwegian autumn dish mutton in cabbage - this is pork in cabbage.
Meat, cabbage, water, salt and black pepper corns.
Simmer for 2+ hours until the meat is tender. Serve with potatoes
Sometimes, but only sometimes, I follow Rusket’s example too, just chilling :-)
Hanne
I love Rusket on her blanket :)
ReplyDeleteWe should follow her example more often............just chill out and take a nap on the sofa.
ReplyDeleteYou are busy! I'm now officially on a roll with my Butterfly Garden - only up to block 2 though. Have a whole week while dd is away. Your other projects look great.
ReplyDeleteDet blir spennende å se fortsettelsen her!
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy, totally relaxed little kitty. I never get tired of her photos - she looks like she has a lot of character.
