The block from the weekend is done,
and so is one more block for Svennebrevet BOM :-)
So far, so good :-)
Here is, from the left: the border fabric, the sashing fabric, the backing and the last 7 block kits for the Svennebrevet quilt.
My goal is to have the top done by next Tuesday, February 9th.
I am juggling several balls in the air these days.
All the blocks for this quilt was done, but the top lacked the 2 last rows.
Now it is all joined and ready for borders.
The blocks finish 4,5"
Never a dull moment in the sewing corner :-)

Wow, the log cabins is lovely!
ReplyDeleteHi Hanne. You are so amazing to get so much finished. The log cabin quilt looks great. I have just sewn the binding on one and it is a relief to be finished!
ReplyDeleteUtrolig lekkert, dette log cabin teppet!
ReplyDeleteI have done the first block before but yours has a more dainty look to it. You have made some interesting blocks for your project.
ReplyDeleteThe log cabin quilt is lovely, and so is Svennebrevet. Can`t wait to see what fabric you will choose for borders :)
ReplyDeleteWow, how do you find the time to achieve so much!? I especially like the log cabins, beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIf you look on my blog, Hanne, you will see my 'sunshine and shadow' log cabin done in exactly the same Japanese taupes - they are such a pleasure to work with. This is a beautiful quilt and I will put this log cabin pattern on my 'to do' list - I haven't seen it before.
