Making a working system

I am working on making a good system for storing the Chookshed Stitchers Challenge 2024.
I think this shelf on wheels from Ikea will do nicely. My sewing room is not so big, so this will be visible to me every day, and not get forgotten.

Days have been flying with everyday activities.

Today it is -24 degrees C outdoors (-11 F)
It is a good day to stay in the sewing room. I have no errands or out of the house activities today.

The stitchery is coming along nicely, thread by thread.

Wishing you a lovely day where you are!

  1. The wheeled cart will be handy to keep track of your projects. WOW! That temperature is cold! We haven't had much of a winter so far. We've had snow twice but we're supposed to get hit next week. Happy stitching, I'm glad you can stay inside and sew!

  2. Good storage is essential. Keep warm and carry on sewing.

  3. I like the idea of making your projects visible. When they get put away too deep is when they get forgotten. Negative 11 F is pretty darn cold. We typically get that cold in January but not yet. It is currently 27 degrees F which is ok to go out in if you bundle up and the wind is not blowing.

I think your Christmas stitchery is wonderful!
