All these little stitches

Joyful Journey by Kathy Schmitz has been so fun to do.

Just give me something to stitch and plenty of black coffee - I will be a happy camper.

I finished the quilt top in October 2020, when I was away with my sewing group for our annual quilt retreat.
I have not hand quilted anything big for a very long time. I plan to hand quilt this one after summer, when it is nice and cosy to sit under a quilt.

My plan is to make this my one of my daily threads projects.

Spring is not working very good this year - it is raining a lot.
It is perfect for working in my sewing room though.

There is a sunny side to most things in life

Wishing you a wonderful day, wherever you are

No particular plan

I am quite fond of plans and lists, but right now I have no particular plan - just enjoying the stitching, and try not to start anything new right now.

Happy Wednesday, wherever you are!

Multitasking?

I guess it does not really count as multitasking to work simultaneously on 2 blocks from the same quilt, does it?

I have made a work plan - I would like to finish both 2 shortly.
I love Kathy Schmitz's designs and I have more of them to start.
These are from Joyful Journey BOM

Thanks for all the lovely comments and mails.
I have not realized how much I have missed the blog and missed writing before now.

As you may or may not know, I am not much of a Facebook person.
I rather write here, in my own little corner of blogland.

BTW - I am thinking about changing blog provider from Blogger to something else.
Any views on that, anyone? Pros and cons?
What could be a good option?
I would like to be able to answer to comments in the comment section, for one.

I plan to use my blog more like I use my Instagram - shorter posts, more updates :-)

Not that I want to dwell on what happened to my arm, but having a major health setback make me really think about what is important to me, and think less about mainstream middle of the road quilt life.

Summer does not stick well here this year - it is all kinds of weather in only a few hours, every day.
Maybe I need to knit myself a pair of wool socks to keep my toes toasty......
