After deciding that I will do this quilt "my way", the F is back in Fun :-)
I am focusing on doing the applique blocks - first the applique, then adding the stitchery, 2- 3 blocks at a time.
Doing the stitchery is perfect while watching (listening) to the Olympic Games on TV.
DH enjoys watching, and my sewing corner is in the same room.
I do enjoy doing the blocks Bingo Style - picking the blocks I want to do first, regardless of where they will be in the quilt later. There will always be a block to do first as I move along.
This is how I made my Dear Jane quilt and my Nearly Insane quilt, and it works for me :-)
I will not give sashing and borders another thought before all the blocks are done.

Den boka ser utrolig spennende ut! Jeg ønsker meg så høye hæler, men greier ikke å gå i dem. Kanskje jeg skulle applikere noen?? God syhelg!
