Happy New Year!

What I am working on right now?
I am working on several hand piecing projects, and I am so enjoying myself
Will I show my project boxes, like May Britt does?
Not at all!
I do have several secret projects going on too – you will see them when time is due, I promise :-)

Do I have any resolutions for the new year?
No, I have not, other than finding joy in what I do, and have fun.
I am aiming at at least 1 finish a month, and I am having some of my unfinished project, like Life Is Beautiful, Some Kind Of Wonderful, Scandinavian Christmas and a couple other projects high on my to do list.

I have this year’s first finish – a guardian angel for someone special.
The angel has already moved from here to there, by snail mail.

At late autumn and mid winter the sun does not hit my sewing table, but we can already see a difference now,  on a sunny day, and Miss Cat is both enjoying me hand piecing and sun bathing on my table.
I love winter solstice – spring will be springing this year too!

Since we put up the Christmas tree Miss Cat’s favourite chair is moved into my Quilt Corner, which is in a corner of my living room. It looks like she likes it here very much, so I will let her and her favourite mouse stay. She got the knitted mouse at the vet’s for being such a good cat with her shots before Christmas. The little thing is cuddled, groomed and bit, daily :-)
